Swoop Golf has appointed Sports Impact to manage its communications and media relations across the golf industry.
The partnership will focus on raising awareness of Swoop’s technology among golf club operators and demonstrating how the platform can support member services, operational decision-making and additional revenue opportunities.
Swoop combines club management insights, AI-powered member communications and on-course food and beverage ordering within one offering.
“We want to make it easier for golf clubs to understand their business and deliver the service their members expect,” said Ryan Donovan, co-founder of Swoop Golf.
“Whether that means connecting information across existing systems or making it simpler for a golfer to place an order, our focus is on practical improvements that make a difference to the overall club experience.
“Partnering with Sports Impact gives us an opportunity to tell that story to a wider golf audience. Their industry knowledge and media relationships will help us demonstrate what Swoop can offer club operators and the golfers they serve.”

Swoop Signal connects information from existing club software, including tee-time, point-of-sale and dining systems. The platform is designed to give management teams a clearer view of day-to-day operations, helping them anticipate demand and identify opportunities to improve member engagement.
Swoop Concierge provides an AI assistant that members can access through the Swoop app, WhatsApp or SMS. The company’s food and beverage ordering service also allows golfers to request refreshments from the clubhouse for delivery to their position on the course.

For club operators, the technology is intended to connect services that can otherwise sit across several separate systems while creating opportunities to improve the member experience and increase food and beverage sales.
“Swoop addresses many of the challenges golf clubs face every day, helping them streamline operations, meet evolving member expectations and, importantly, unlock new opportunities to grow food and beverage sales,” said Natalie Collard, CEO of Sports Impact.
“We’re delighted to be working with the team and look forward to raising awareness of Swoop among club operators and the wider golfing community.”
Sports Impact has provided marketing communications services since 2001, specialising in golf and advising clients on communications, advertising and sponsorship.
