Foresight Premier replaces FSX Play and FSX Pro within the new connected Foresight+ ecosystem.

Foresight Sports Europe has launched Foresight Premier, a redesigned PC software platform that succeeds FSX Play and FSX Pro.

Premier combines the company’s golf simulation, practice and professional performance-analysis capabilities within a single application. It forms part of Foresight+, a connected ecosystem spanning desktop software, mobile services and compatible Foresight hardware.

The platform is intended for home simulator owners and individual golfers as well as PGA professionals, coaches, club fitters and commercial simulator venues.

Foresight says Premier delivers improvements to graphics, simulation performance and ball-flight physics, providing a more realistic representation of outdoor shot behaviour.

Playing features include multiple tee selections, stroke-by-stroke scoring, enhanced green-contour visualisation and distances to each pin with elevation information. Professional performance analysis is incorporated into the same software environment used for simulation and practice.

“Premier gives Foresight Sports a platform that better reflects the way golfers are using our technology today,” said Darren Bragg, EMEA Commercial Manager.

“Whether that is a golfer practising at home, a PGA professional working with a player, a fitter analysing performance or a commercial venue delivering simulator golf, bringing simulation and performance together gives users a more connected experience from practice through to play.”

Foresight+ memberships are connected to individual accounts rather than a specific item of hardware. This enables users to access their data, preferences and performance history across compatible Foresight devices without licence keys or separate software activation.

Three membership levels are available:

  • Free: Ball and club data, My Bag and a 10-session history.
  • Silver: Unlimited history, advanced practice tools, Course Pass eligibility and access to previously purchased FSX Play courses.
  • Gold: Club comparison, student and family profiles, real-course overlays and compatibility with third-party software including GSPro.

New and existing Foresight+ users receive a 30-day trial of the membership features available through Premier and the Foresight Mobile App.

Silver and Gold members can also add Course Pass for $295 per year or Course Pass Pro for $595 per year. These provide access to more than 100 simulated courses, including remastered layouts.

Existing customers retain ownership of their Foresight launch monitors and perpetual FSX software licences. Courses previously purchased for FSX Play will remain available through Premier without requiring a Course Pass subscription.

For commercial venues, fitters and teaching professionals, the new structure brings simulation and performance tools into one environment while allowing users to carry their information between compatible devices.
