Motocaddy takes podium places in MYGOLFSPY 2020 test

New trolleys from Motocaddy, the world’s biggest-selling electric trolley brand, were placed #1 and #3 in the ‘Best Electric Cart of 2020’ test results published last week by MyGolfSpy, the popular US based website with more than 52 million worldwide readers.

Rated the ‘Most Wanted Electric Cart’ of the year was the M7 REMOTE control model launched last month that helps to deliver ‘a stress-free round’. According to the MyGolfSpy test findings: ‘The M7 doesn’t overcomplicate things…it’s easy to use and the remote feature works from significant distances. Motocaddy has perfected a tight turn and an extra back wheel prevents it from tipping over, even on hills or other terrain.’ Among the other benefits quoted were the multiple speed variations, a USB port to charge phones and other electrical devices, plus a variety of accessories, such as a drinks and umbrella holder.

The independent MyGolfSpy examination considered trolley features, manoeuvrability, fold size and ease of use across 10 of the latest electric trolleys on the market during 20 hours of on-course research. The resulting guide also covered battery life, stability and weight.

Also included in the comprehensive test was the M1 DHC model with Downhill Control, featuring an electronic parking brake and all-terrain wheels – making it the ideal trolley for those golfers who play hilly courses on a more regular basis.
