James Scade claimed victory at the Wyke Green Pro-Am with the help of his first hole in one! He achieved the feat on the seventh hole, a 139 yard par 3.
Scade attached to Ingrebourne Links won the individual professional prize by four shots shooting a three-under-par 66 and pleased his sponsors by leading his their team to victory.
He said: “I didn’t see the ball go in because my view was obscure by a bunker. It was my first hole-in-one in tournament play although I had a couple some years ago when I was a junior at Braintree.
“It was a memorable day for me with a clean sweep of the individual and team events.”
