Former Ryder Cup Captain and British golfing legend Tony Jacklin will be the figure head of iconic heritage golf brand Lyle & Scott when the brand re-launch the Lyle & Scott embroidery collection.
Lyle & Scott quickly became a major brand in golf fashion in 1967 when they launched their first golf range. During this time, Tony Jacklin sported Hawick’s finest knitwear on course and continued to do so during many of his outstanding achievements on the golf course.
‘I am honoured to have the opportunity to work with heritage golf brand Lyle & Scott. I wore it a lot during my many years of success on the golf course. Everyone has their own memories of wearing Lyle & Scott, mine were achievement, performance, and style to the highest level. This affinity with a brand is rare and something that I look forward to re-igniting.’ – Tony Jacklin CBE
Lyle & Scott Golf Embroidery garments carry the crests of world renowned clubs, companies and corporate organisations. All the work is produced by their own warehouse based embroidery division in Scotland using the latest computer technology.
