Professional Golf Europe, the official distributor for IOmic Golf Grips across UK & Continental Europe, has announced the launch of the all-new Sticky 3.5 OVER grip to cater for golfers seeking a larger grip, without adding weight. The new Sticky OVER fits between the Sticky 2.3, and Sticky Midsize, whilst IOmic also offer a Sticky Jumbo to complete the Sticky line up.

Originally launched in 2009, Sticky 2.3 features a shallow tread pattern which gives perfect grip while reducing torque. Being waterproof the grip performs amazingly in wet conditions and the firm grip cap promotes less torque at impact, whilst the patented IOMAX material offers a softer feel, leading to less tension in the hands and a more relaxed swing.

Its eco-friendly design consists of two layers of materials: a firmer, inner core made from recycled material, and a softer surface layer made from a revolutionary material called ‘IOMAX’, which enhances grip feel, reduces torque and allows for a wide variety of colour choices.

“IOmic Sticky Grips are extremely versatile and suitable for all playing styles, from beginners to top ranked tour professionals,” commented Graham Webb from Professional Golf Europe. “Our grips have undergone rigorous independent testing, all of which served to prove that IOmic Grips have reduced torque on off-centre hits, so giving greater accuracy and reducing shot dispersion by up to 30%. This therefore works to improve golfers’ scores and increases the likelihood of hitting fairways, even when your swing is not as its best. And with results like that, it’s clear why our grips are a favourite of many top professional and amateur golfers worldwide!”

As well as being hailed “The Straightest Grip in Golf”, IOmic grips have extremely tight tolerance of weight due to the vacuum moulding production process and the use of IOmic’s IOMAX elastomer compound, means the grips are the most consistent on the market. Moreover, their ergonomic design gives better traction between hand and club and negative ion infused materials generate positivity and confidence.

Having zero latex or rubber content in the grips, IOmic also have a strong following from golfers with allergies to these materials.

Graham further explains: “Our IOmic Grips are waterproof which means that, unlike rubber grips, our grips do not soak up water in wet weather due to the Waterproof Elastomer construction which gives improved grip in inclement weather conditions. Simply wipe the grip and its original Sticky feel returns. This is not the case with conventional rubber grips which act like a sponge soaking up the water’.

On top of this, our grips are also UVA resistant. This sets our products apart from standard rubber grips which get hard, shiny and brittle over time, thus reducing the grip and feel. The innovative and durable materials used in IOmic grips mean that they are long lasting and will not crack over time.”

The IOmic Sticky OVER grip is available in black only and has an RRP of £14.00 and is available to purchase from .
