FootJoy extends its modern classic story with new Premiere Series and Traditions

FootJoy, the #1 Shoe in Golf, continues to honour its heritage while championing contemporary performance with an all-new spikeless offering named after one of the brand’s founders – Fred Field.

This modern classic design which complements the three Premiere Series models launched last year – Packard, Tarlow and Flint, features an all-new blucher construction upper pattern from which the iconic, traditional styling is derived.

Following a hugely successful launch, Premiere Series went on to be come the #1 Shoe at each of the four major championships last year.

Supporting the Premiere Series in FJ’s modern classic category, FJ Traditions welcomes new additions to its men’s and women’s ranges to continue momentum after its introduction in 2021.

New to the men’s range is an all-new upper with distinct long-wing detailing, whilst FJ extends the widely popular women’s range with an elegant, toe-capped design, to offer a lightweight ride with traditional flair.

The new FJ Traditions models, across both ranges, will complement the saddle pattern of the 2021 models and will continue to deliver all-day comfort and spiked traction.

Guy Smith, Product Manager FJ Footwear said:

“The Premiere Series launch truly resonated with golfers looking for a classic design with modern performance benefits. The addition of the Field, a clean, classic spikeless offering, will only benefit the range with greater choice.”

“Undoubtedly the excitement around Premiere Series has supported the modern classic story and FJ Traditions’ own popularity affirms the category’s revival. The new designs provide unique, authentic, traditional flair at a competitive price. It’s an exciting shoe and one we hope will once again be a popular choice for golfers this year.”
