Ecco resounds with new spring-summer 2015 men’s collection

Ecco has announced its spring-summer 2015 men’s collection with styles featuring ultra-soft yak leathers and Ecco’s patented Biom Natural Motion technology. With Ecco’s E-DTS outsole, the Biom Hybrid 2 has a thinner midsole making it about 15 percent lighter than its predecessor. This creates a sleek, clean look while bringing players closer to the ground. Ecco says the dual colour design creates an inspiring aesthetic with the shoe harder in areas that need the most stability, and softer in key comfort zones. RRP is £170

The Biom G2 strikes a balance between flexibility, stability and comfort, with a 20 percent weight reduction and thinner midsole for enhanced ground feel. Most distinctive, however, is the visible carbon fibre stability shank running heel to mid-foot, a forefoot stability bar and the advanced Slim-Lok Fitting System provided by Champ Spikes. RRP is £210.

Other Ecco innovations for the 2015 collection include the Tour Hybrid now offered in new finishes as well as rich Kara leather with a distinctive grain at RRP £180; Street Evo One with a strategically wider toward the rear for 2015; Biom Zero weighing less than ten ounces providing the lightest, lowest-profile and most minimal Ecco golf shoe.

All Ecco golf shoes are made using the direct-injection process bonding the upper and outsole unit, for a one-piece shoe construction without the use of glue or stitching. Benefits include an exceptionally water-tight seal, lightweight flexibility and out-of-the-box comfort. More at: www.ecco.com/golf
