Brand Fusion launches Flat Cat Trolley and Flagmaster Rangefinder to UK

Brand Fusion International, Europe’s leading golf equipment distributor, has joined forces with the Flat Cat electric trolley company and sports optics brand German Precision Optics to supply UK golfers with premium products that will stand the test of time on the fairways.

Based near Munich, both companies employ highly skilled and experienced engineers to ensure that products are built to the highest standards and perform at the very best level.

“German-engineered products are renowned for their top-quality build and the Flat Cat Touch and German Precision Optics FLAGMASTER 1800 are no exception,” said Nigel Freemantle, Managing Director of Brand Fusion International. “We look forward to showcasing the craftsmanship on offer with our UK retail partners and fully expect the products to be a big hit with golfers who prefer premium equipment,” he added.

Designed to fold down in seconds without the need to remove the wheels, the sleek design of the Flat Cat Touch model has been developed to ensure that the operation of an electric trolley is an effortless task with fewer distractions from controls and buttons.

The lightweight frame (9.8kg) has been crafted from premium anodized aluminum, glass fiber reinforced plastic and metal ball bearings, making the trolley extremely stable. A 24V Lithium battery seamlessly attaches itself to the frame and provides a range of 36 holes.

A robust and maintenance-free power unit is incorporated into the rear wheels, which delivers energy directly to the point of consumption for an efficient and smooth drive.

The easy-to-operate handle features touch sensitive technology ensuring the user can operate the trolley by a ‘touch and go’ approach. Intelligent sensors incorporated into the handle detect the speed of the user and continuously adapt the trolley speed accordingly.

When travelling downhill, a brake assist is automatically deployed to ensure the trolley remains close to the user. The practical distance assistant feature allows the trolley to travel 20 or 30 meters ahead before automatically parking upon reaching the desired distance.

Other features include an adjustable handle that can be optimized to the height of different users and a universal bag holder that is compatible with all modern cart and stand bags.

The Flat Cat Touch comes with a frame warranty of 3 years and 2 years on all other components. Available from Premium Golf Retailers at an RRP of £2249..

The ergonomically designed FLAGMASTER™ 1800 laser rangefinder from German Precision Optics is capable of measuring objects up to 1800 meters away and over 500 meters to a flag. Equipped with a fast-focus ocular and slope correction technology, the premium laser rangefinder delivers accurate distance measurements at the click of a button.

Incorporating a tilt sensor in the design, the FLAGMASTER™ 1800 also determines the exact slope angle up to +/- 70 degrees and calculates the adjusted distance accordingly.

Two LED lights on the front of the device flash red to indicate that the SLOPE mode is activated. For use in competition, the SLOPE mode can be turned off and playing partners will see that the indicators no longer flash.

Accurate to +/- 1 m, the laser rangefinder also features Dual PinSeeker Technology that detects flags with varying reflective properties. This guarantees that the FLAGMASTER™ 1800 is suitable for use on all golf courses.

The FLAGMASTER™ 1800 comes with an unrivalled warranty of 10 years and is available from Premium Golf Retailers at an RRP of £349.00.
