BGIA PARTNERS WITH PRODUCTS OF CHANGE TO PROVIDE SUSTAINABILITY SUPPORT TO MEMBERS

The BGIA is proud to announce a new partnership with sustainability-focused membership and service provider, Products of Change (POC). This collaboration strengthens our commitment to supporting our members with the tools and knowledge you need to navigate the increasingly important issue of sustainability.

Through this partnership, members will gain access to the extensive educational resources and information platform offered by Products of Change – free as part of your membership. These resources include six sustainability education modules, a comprehensive library of reports, whitepapers, webinar recordings and regular updates on sustainable practices and legislation. Members will also have the opportunity to participate in working groups, collaborative discussions and access bespoke support from POC’s advisory team.

As new sustainability legislation comes into effect and compliance deadlines approach, it is vital for businesses in the sports and play sectors to stay informed and prepared. This partnership with POC is designed to provide members with the education and support they need to adapt to these changes with confidence.

Nick Palmer, CEO of BGIA’s umbrella organisation, the FSPA, says: “The challenges businesses face in the realm of sustainability are evolving. Many members may not yet be aware of the full scope of upcoming regulations. By partnering with Products of Change, we are ensuring that our members are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to remain ahead of the curve.”

Products of Change’s range of educational resources—including their popular webinars and online learning modules—empowers businesses to take proactive steps toward sustainability. These resources help members address key issues with confidence, fostering lasting impact and resilience.

As part of this initiative, POC will host regular member meetings throughout the year, providing ongoing opportunities for learning and collaboration. To further facilitate this, we are launching a Community Hub on our new website (coming soon!). This Hub will serve as a platform for members to connect, share challenges and work together on sustainable solutions, leveraging the expertise of Products of Change and the collective knowledge of the FSPA network.

“Sustainability is no longer just a ‘nice to do’; it is an essential part of maintaining a competitive edge and future-proofing businesses,” says Nick. “Investors, partners and customers increasingly expect companies to have robust sustainability strategies in place. Through this partnership, we are providing our members with the resources and support they need to thrive in this new landscape. We don’t want to just acknowledge the importance of sustainability – we want to lead the way.”
