Ladies GolfLeisure wear launched by FootJoy

FootJoy has launched a new ‘GolfLeisure ladies range for 2017, designed to reflect the growing athleisure trend and cater for women golfers seeking healthier lifestyles.

The new range is available for stockists to order now and is primarily focused on golf and performance on the course. The chic and sporty range also incorporates, for the first time, standout garments such as hoodies, skorts and stretch-fit trousers – making it an equally attractive wardrobe option for the gym, the office, apres-golf drinks and more.

As pioneers of the ‘GolfLeisure’ concept, FootJoy’s design team has considered the wider needs of female golfers. Featuring no fewer than 62 different garments – FJ’s biggest ever women’s line – the new multi-functional collection has been designed to allow lady golfers to put garments on in the morning and wear throughout the day without the need to get changed.

“The rise of athleisure women’s apparel – driven by lifestyle changes inspired by fitness and wellness – has led us to develop this exciting range,” said Whitney Trimble, Director of Marketing-FJ Apparel.

With the rapid growth of its full men’s apparel line, first introduced to the market just five years ago, FJ is expanding its women’s collection to reflect the burgeoning lifestyle movement.

Featuring an array of multifunctional silhouettes in comfortable performance fabrics for the active golfer, the garments introduce numerous features to golf apparel. New introductions include cleverly-designed thumb holes and iPod pouches on the hoodies, whilst fresh colour pops of Berry and Blue are accompanied by more subtle hues of black and charcoal. The FJ GolfLeisure line also includes body mapped base layers, performance mid-layers along with performance shirts and outerwear.
