XANDER SCHAUFFELE WINS PGA CHAMPIONSHIP WITH PARADYM AI SMOKE DRIVER

Callaway’s Paradym Ai Smoke Driver and Chrome Tour Golf Ball propelled Staffer Xander Schauffele to his wire-to-wire maiden Major success at the PGA Championship.

The American showed incredible resilience, determination and ball-striking down the stretch to secure his landmark victory at Valhalla Golf Club in Kentucky, carding the lowest ever total in Major history at 21-under par.

On his way to claiming the historic Wanamaker Trophy, Xander also equalled the lowest ever round in a Major, shooting a flawless course record 62 on the first day.

Averaging 310.1 yards with his Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond Driver and his longest drive of the week at 330 yards, Xander also displayed precision and accuracy, hitting 73% of fairways from the tee.

After closing out the biggest win of his career, Xander was quick to pay tribute to the new Callaway Chrome Tour Golf Ball, he said: “It’s an honor to win the PGA Championship, and I want to thank everyone at Team Callaway who has helped play such an important role in my performance. I’m so confident in my equipment, especially my Chrome Tour Golf Ball. It does everything that I want a ball to do from tee-to-green, and it’s made such a positive impact on my game.”

Xander’s Chrome Tour Golf Ball is engineered to provide outstanding distance, workability, and spin to offer the best performance from tee-to-green, along with alignment-enhancing Triple Track Technology.

His Paradym Ai Smoke Driver features the most sophisticated driver face in Callaway history – the Ai Smart Face uses real player data and advanced machine learning to create a series of sweet spots all over the face.

Ben Sharpe, President and Managing Director of Callaway EMEA, added: “Xander captivated us with an unstoppable final day performance befitting of a Major Champion and we are proud to have him in Team Callaway for this milestone victory.”
