TOUR PLAYERS SELECT BUSHNELL AS TOP CHOICE AMONG LASER RANGEFINDERS

For another consecutive year, Bushnell Golf is definitively the preferred distance-measuring device on the Tour. The Sporting Insights Company, the golf industry’s leading independent and impartial arbiter of equipment use, recently reported that 97.5 percent of THE OPEN Championship field used a Bushnell laser rangefinder in preparation for competition.

In a survey of 157 players taken during THE OPEN Championship, 153 of those players named Bushnell as their preferred distance-measuring device. Bushnell has claimed the top spot among Tour players every year since measuring device usage recording began in 2006, and once again has been crowned the distance measuring device of choice for PGA Tour players participating in one of golf’s most competitive events.

“Our mission is to provide golfers with the industry’s best distance-measuring devices, and the results from the latest Sporting Insights Survey at THE OPEN Championship confirm that Bushnell laser rangefinders remain the most trusted brand on the PGA Tour,” said Derek Schuman, Senior Brand Manager at Bushnell Golf.

“Since creating the golf measuring device category more than 25 years ago, we have put the same level of precision and care into the development of all of our Bushnell rangefinders, and the trust that professional golfers have in our devices speaks volumes to the continued efforts of our team.”

Darren Bragg, Commercial Manager Bushnell Golf EMEA, said: “When 97.5% of Tour players trust Bushnell Golf laser rangefinders, it’s a clear testament to their unmatched accuracy, performance and reliability.”
