SkyCaddie smashes TG’s Editor’s Choice Awards

Two brand-new Editor’s Choice awards have confirmed that SkyCaddie is on unbeatable form with its 2021 GPS range.

What better way to go into the new golf season, than with two top awards from Britain’s number one golf magazine?

SkyCaddie’s SX400 (RRP: £299.95), its best-selling handheld GPS, walked away with the sole Today’s Golfer Editor’s Choice 2021 award in the Handheld GPS category.

In its latest issue the magazine praised the SX400’s “vivid hole graphics, incredibly detailed mapping, pin positions, aerial hole views and the ability to move your target”.

So that’s the top GPS handheld award secured. What about Watches?

That’s another win, with SkyCaddie’s range-topping wearable GPS, the SkyCaddie LX5C Ceramic Bezel Smart Watch (RRP £349.95), scooping Editor’s Choice in the GPS Watch category.

“Brilliant – the features are phenomenal” said Today’s Golfer, going on to pick out the LX5C’s “large, bright colour touchscreen”, its attractive ceramic bezel and 35,000 high-definition hole maps as reasons for its win.

Each year Today’s Golfer picks out the golf market’s most desirable products, as the season starts. SkyCaddie’s unique on-foot mapping methods, dazzling visuals and features-packed GPS products have made it a serial award-winner in the past.

“Thanks TG!” said James Holmes, SkyCaddie General Manager. “We love winning awards, and our retailers love them too. Golfers like to know they are buying the best!”

He went on: “The 2021 SkyCaddies are high-performance devices for serious golfers, and this latest media recognition from Today’s Golfer makes us even more determined to keep leading the way.

“If you want accurate maps, you need a SkyCaddie. It’s only April and our on-foot mappers have already personally visited over 200 courses in the UK to update their maps. It’s a daunting task but they smash it every year, so SkyCaddie owners have no doubts about their yardages.

“The latest SkyCaddies show you much more than a laser plus yardage book can ever do.”
