OGIO UNLEASHES NEW ALPHA BACKPACK COLLECTION BUILT TO UNLOCK ADVENTURE

OGIO Europe is dialling up the energy in 2026 with the launch of its all-new Alpha backpack and luggage collection – a bold, versatile range designed for those who refuse to blend in and are always ready for what’s next.

Built around the idea of unlocking adventure wherever it finds you, the Alpha collection combines fearless design with performance-driven functionality. Featuring bright, confident colourways – including the all-new Canyon colourway introduced across the entire range – and unapologetically bold features, the lineup is made for travellers, commuters and explorers who demand more from their gear and aren’t afraid to stand out while doing it.

The Alpha collection spans a comprehensive lineup of models, including the Alpha 25, Alpha 20, Alpha Lite, Alpha Packable, as well as the Terminal, Layover and Venture travel bags – creating a cohesive system of carry solutions designed to adapt seamlessly from everyday use to extended travel.

New for 2026, the Alpha Packable backpack takes centre stage as the ultimate expression of portability and freedom. Designed as an ultra-lightweight stowaway solution, it folds down into a compact form for easy packing, before expanding into a fully functional backpack when adventure calls. Despite its minimal footprint, it delivers five practical pockets, dual bottle sleeves, a secure cinch-top opening and a front organiser pocket with key clip – making it the perfect companion for spontaneous moments on the move.

Leading from the front, the Alpha 25 backpack is the ultimate expression of versatility. With 25 litres of capacity and an impressive 17 fully usable pockets, it is built to handle the planned and the unpredictable in equal measure. A full panel-loading main compartment – featuring a zipper that runs the entire length of the bag and allows it to be packed like a piece of luggage – enhances ease of use and accessibility. Inside, a soft-lined valuables pouch and extensive internal organisation across both large and small pockets ensure every item has its place. An internal mesh zip pocket and protective 17” laptop sleeve further elevate functionality, while a fleece-lined quick-access pocket and hidden passport compartment keep essentials secure when it matters most.

The Alpha 20 backpack brings the same adventurous spirit in a more compact, adaptable form. Offering 20 litres of storage and 15 purpose-built pockets, it strikes the perfect balance between structure and spontaneity. Whether it’s a last-minute trip or the daily grind, it delivers dependable performance with the freedom to move.

Streamlined but no less capable, the Alpha Lite backpack is designed for those who travel light but think big. With nine practical pockets, a spacious main compartment and integrated organiser features, it provides essential functionality in a clean, lightweight silhouette built for fast-moving days.

Across the entire range, OGIO’s signature ergonomic shoulder straps – constructed with multi-density foam – ensure lasting comfort, even when the journey gets longer and the load gets heavier.

Michael Birch, Head of OGIO EMEA, said: “The Alpha collection is all about attitude. It’s designed for people who don’t wait around for plans – they make them, change them and chase what’s next.

“We wanted to create a range that feels as bold and capable as the people using it. From standout design to smart organisation and all-day comfort, every detail has been considered to help unlock adventure in any setting.”

The Alpha collection represents the next step in OGIO’s evolution, blending striking design with performance-led innovation to create a range that is as adaptable as it is distinctive.
