NIPPON SHAFT THREE-PEATS on DP WORLD TOUR

Players using Nippon Shaft products have won three consecutive tournaments on the DP World [European] Tour – a three-peat of sorts for the Japan-based shaft company.

On Feb. 2, the 35-year-old native of Bath, England won the Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship at Royal Golf Club in the Kingdom of Bahrain, using N.S.PRO MODUS³ TOUR120 steel shafts in his irons. He shot 14-under par with round of 68-69-68-69—274, earning €408,869 for his 2nd career DP World Tour win.

On Jan. 26, the 26-year-old Spaniard notched his maiden DP World Tour victory when he used

N.S.PRO MODUS³ TOUR steel shafts in his irons to win the Ras Al Khaimah Championship at Al Hamra GC in the United Arab Emirates by four shots. The Arizona State graduate shot 22-under par with rounds of 68-66-66-66—266 and took home €406,373.

And on Jan. 19, the 33-year-old Englishman and three-time European Ryder Cup team member used N.S. PRO MODUS³ TOUR120 steel shafts in his irons to win the Hero Dubai Classic at Emirates GC in the United Arab Emirates. He shot a 15-under total of 273 with rounds of 71-65-68-69 to win by one.
