Big In-Store has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Nathan Dennis as Head of Retail and Creative Development, as the business looks to build further momentum across the sports retail sector.
Dennis brings more than two decades of industry experience to the role and has an established relationship with the company, having worked alongside the team on a number of projects over several years. His move marks a formal step into the business, where he will work closely with leadership figures including James Boatwright and Mike Egan.
Big In-Store has built a strong reputation over the past 20 years for designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing point-of-purchase display solutions for leading global brands. Its portfolio includes work with Titleist, FootJoy, Srixon, Cobra Golf, Peter Millar, Wilson, PXG, Motocaddy and Callaway Golf, underlining its position within premium sports retail environments.
In his new role, Dennis will be responsible for driving the company’s creative direction, while supporting continued growth across sports retail. A key part of his remit will also include the development of Slotted UpBright®, a concept designed to expand in-store merchandising capabilities.
Speaking on his appointment, Dennis highlighted the longstanding relationship with the business and the shared approach to retail execution as key factors behind his decision to join.

“I’m pleased to share the next chapter in my career as I join Big In-Store as Head of Retail and Creative Development,” he said. “Having worked alongside the team at Big In-Store over several years, I have consistently valued our relationship as a strategic partnership defined by shared objectives, mutual trust, and a commitment to excellence in retail execution.
“My decision to join James Boatwright and Mike Egan was an easy one to make, particularly in the last few months.
“I am excited to contribute to the business’s continued success, driving the creative vision, accelerating momentum in sports retail, and supporting the development of Slotted UpBright®, which will redefine in-store possibilities.”
