FootJoy appoint new Area Sales Manager for South West England and South Wales

FootJoy has announced the appointment of Mathew Partridge as its new Area Sales Manager for South West England and South Wales.

Mathew has over 25 years experience in the golfing industry having spent the majority of his career at Marriot St Pierre overseeing Golf Operations, Retail and PGA areas of the business.

More recently he has performed the role of Retail and Academy Manager at Celtic Manor Resort in Wales.

He hopes to use his knowledge and the relationships he has built over the past two-and-a-half decades to best serve the FootJoy brand and all of its stockists.

“I am absolutely thrilled to join the FootJoy team as the Area Sales Manager for the South West region,” said Partridge. “I have been working in the golfing industry since 1999
and one of biggest highlights was when I became a fully qualified PGA Professional in 2006.

“During all of my previous roles, I have consistently supported the FJ brand. I have stocked its products in the retail side of the business and always chosen to wear FootJoy while competing in various events across the UK.

“I truly believe FJ is the best brand in golf and I’m really looking forward to representing
FootJoy for many years to come.”

Mathew joins the brand after a succesful first quarter to the year which saw the launch of its all-new Premiere Series, FJ Fuel and HyperFlex shoe models, as well as the Spring Summer 2025 apparel collection.

Mathew is available to be contacted via email at Mathew_Partridge@acushnetgolf.com or by mobile phone – 07983628618
