Awesome Social Media Success

Scottish golf clothing brand Royal & Awesome has engaged trick-shot specialist Rob Brown to attract thousands of golf fans to its Facebook page following the launch of the ‘Tricky Series’.

According to the company around 20,000 people viewed the first two instalments of the series where they stood the change of winning a pair of trousers by correctly guessing what would happen next.

The early success of the campaign has seen Royal & Awesome’s Facebook count climb to almost 135,000 in recent weeks.

Graeme Smeaton, brand director at Royal & Awesome, said: “The response to the Tricky Series has been huge. Our fans are always keen to get involved on social media and we love reading the creative answers they come up with.

“With another six instalments yet to come this summer, there’s still plenty of chance to get your hands on a pair of our awesome trews. Good luck!”
