American Golf has equipped all its 101 UK stores with an iPad based ordering system that gives store staff immediate access to all of the styles, sizes, colours and specifications for every product stocked by the retailer. As a result customers will be able to order products for next day delivery to the store or to their home address.
Trudy Hills, trading director of American Golf stated, “Making sure that we have the exact style and sizes for every single customer that comes into an American Golf store is a constant challenge for our retail teams. With this new ordering system we are increasing the likelihood achieving this objective. This really is a fantastic new service for our customers, because if it’s not in store it’s just a few clicks away.”
