Club de Golf Alcanada, in the north of Majorca, Spain, is the latest venue to join 59Club, Europe’s golf-specific mystery shopper service and a PGA Official Supplier. Last year, users of the popular website 1golf.eu voted Alcanada their ‘favourite European course’ for the third successive year. Alcanada is the fourth new 59Club client from Majorca in as many months, following on from those in the portfolio of Arabella Golf: Son Muntaner, Son Quint and Son Vida.
59Club says it is its ability to provide a bespoke ‘performance analysis tool’ which attracts a diverse range of clients from multi-venue groups to individual proprietary clubs. It enables them to measure and compare standards of customer service, not just against local or chosen competitors but also the country’s top-performing establishments.
