PGA Golf Exhibitions and the PGA of America are supporting workforce development with a reimagined PGA Show Career Zone, a dedicated Golf Industry Career Resource Center located in Meeting Room W240A of the Orange County Convention Center during Show Week, January 20-23, 2026.
The new setting moves the Career Zone off the Show Floor to provide a more focused, confidential and outcome-driven environment for career exploration, hiring and professional growth within the golf industry.
Designed for both job seekers and hiring companies, the Career Zone offers a professional space featuring a centralized industry job board, confidential career consultations, direct access to recruiters and private rooms for scheduled interviews. This evolution reflects the PGA Show’s continued focus on supporting the long-term growth and success of the golf industry workforce, consistently creating connections and enhancing careers.
The Career Zone is delivered in collaboration with leading industry partners, including Make Golf Your Career (PGA of America), Fore Hire, 360 Recruitment, LLC and GolfRep.org, each providing specialized expertise in career development, recruiting, sales training, and talent placement.
Open to PGA Show exhibitors and golf industry employers, the Career Zone also serves as a centralized hub for posting open positions, meeting candidates in person and advancing hiring conversations throughout the PGA Show.
