Wilson Staff extends carry bag range

Wilson Staff is introducing three brand new hi-tech models for the 2016 season aimed at the golfer who prefers to carry his or her clubs.

The first has been created to withstand inclement weather encountered out on the golf course. The new Dry Tech carry bag is water-resistant and features a sturdy polyester fabric, plus a protective PU coating to ensure that clubs and belongings stay dry. The exterior pockets, zips and stitches are also thermo-sealed to prevent water entering the bag.

Weighing less than 2kg, the Dry Tech bag has an exclusive 9” x 7” five-way top with three counterbalance dividers that organise the clubs for easy access. A new airflow hip pad and a 4-point ergonomic double strap ensure it is comfortable to carry.

Other features of the Dry Tech bag include six pockets with easy access and ample storage space for garments and valuables; another external pocket and mesh sleeve; a rubber handle for convenient dismounting off the shoulder; plus an umbrella holder and rain hood. The new bag is available from this month in White, with red & black trim or Black with white & red trim for a RRP of £149.

“The Dry Tech carry bag was tested in damp conditions over several months by Wilson Advisory Staff members,” said Jean-Pierre Degembe, Global Product Line Director. “Their valuable input was fundamental during the development stage and has enabled us to produce a top quality bag at a competitive price.”

The new neXus II comes with a redesigned base to complement the innovative Exo-Frame Technology 360 construction. The new base has been engineered with a smaller footprint, so it will also fit on most buggies. The stand and base work independently, making the bag extremely comfortable to carry and steadfast when the base makes contact with the ground and the legs are deployed.

The neXus II  alsohas a new airflow hip pad and a 4-points double strap ergonomically designed for the avid carrier. Seven pockets provide easy access and plenty of storage space, plus a five-way top incorporates three full-length dividers for club organisation. The lightweight (2.2kg) bag is made from a durable heather weave polyester fabric that gives it a strikingly linen-look. RRP of £119.

The new Ionix Light carry bag, weighs just over 2kg and shares the same design as the nexus II, ensuring maximum stability, a quick activating stand and comfortable carry straps. Designed for the player looking to carry all-year round, the bag is made from a strong weave polyester fabric and features five club dividers; five pockets, including a velour lined option for valuables and an open pocket to accommodate most rangefinders. RRP of £89.
