Trips away with Clubs Away

Michael Chamberlain, a PGA pro from West Byfleet in Surrey, has launched an events company offering bespoke packages for the corporate world. His company Clubs Away aims to take away the hassle of organising a golfing expedition, from hiring the venue or location of the trip, to booking accommodation and flights. The new company will also provide a PGA golf professional on every trip, allowing guests to receive training tips and improve their golfing skills as part of the corporate package.

The company was formed after Chamberlain planned a successful corporate golfing trip with Mitsubishi Electric and Chamberlain teamed up with business partner Dennis Winter who helped launch the venture.

Commenting Chamberlain said, “We aim to ensure that the trip strikes the ideal balance between business and pleasure. We incorporate slots for meetings into the itinerary, alongside golfing tuition and games, so that we can successfully create the ideal environment for a corporate trip.” More at: www.clubsaway.co.uk
