Toptracer Range revolution continues in Norway with Europe’s largest installation to date

Europe’s largest driving range facility, ToppGolf AS, in Norway, has become the latest to join the Toptracer Range revolution.

The installation of the expansive Toptracer Range golf complex near Oslo has now been completed. With 78 bays, the facility is the largest and most technologically advanced practice facility in Norway.

As well as housing an immaculate two-tier practice range, Toppgolf AS also has 12 full-swing indoor golf simulators and a nine-hole academy course, making it the ideal location for golfers to hone their skills or take up the game for the first time. The addition of Toptracer Range technology has further cemented the venue’s position as the ultimate practice destination in Scandinavia.

Toptracer Range technology has been transforming the way golfers practice since its launch. The industry-leading ball-tracking technology has made Toptracer Range destinations the most sought-after practice facilities in the world, and golfers in Norway can now experience this for the very first time.

This foray into the Norwegian market represents another significant breakthrough for Toptracer Range as the revolution continues to spread across the globe. The technology has garnered significant momentum across Europe and further afield, and notably, the UK recently celebrated its 50th install.

“This is an absolutely ideal facility to play host to our Toptracer Range technology,” commented Paul Williams, General Manager of Toptracer Europe. “Toppgolf AS is already the biggest driving range in Norway, and with Toptracer Range technology there is no doubt it will further cement its position as the premium golfing destination in the region.

“Our technology allows facilities to offer fun and exciting golfing experiences for customers of all ages and abilities. Toppgolf AS has a strong ethos of developing the game through top class coaching, and with the addition of Toptracer Range, coaches will be able to offer an even more inclusive experience with enhanced data at their disposal. We are excited about this installation and what it can offer to Norway as we enter the country for the first time.”

Toptracer tracks the shots of the best players in the world on the PGA Tour and European Tour, and golfers of all ages and abilities are now able to share that experience in bays at driving ranges the world over.

Using cameras mounted around the facility and 21-inch monitors found at each hitting bay, Toptracer Range technology tracks and displays an array of data for each shot – including distance, speed, launch angle, shape and more. Data is instantly recorded and displayed on the screen through a player profile that can continuously be accessed through the Toptracer Range community app.

Toptracer Range has been introduced at more than 150 venues worldwide to date, including leading venues in the USA and Europe, as well as facilities in Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea.
