The Belfry appoints Chris Eigelaar as General Manager

The Belfry Hotel & Resort, named as England’s Leading Resort at the World Travel Awards, has appointed Chris Eigelaar as General Manager. Four‐time host of the Ryder Cup and voted as England’s Best Golf Hotel and Best Golf Course at the World Golf Travel Awards, The Belfry remains one of Europe’s premium golf and leisure destinations.

Originally from South Africa, Eigelaar brings over 22 years to the renowned West Midlands resort. He has excelled in a career in leading hotels and resorts across the UK including DoubleTree by Hilton, Locke Hotels, Sofitel and QHotels.
