Staffs Ladies Zooming to a Bright Future

Innovative golf glove brand ZOOM was delighted to see its one-size technology put into play by Staffordshire Ladies’ County 1st Team as they narrowly missed out on progressing through to county finals. The team sported eye-catching Charcoal/Lime ZOOM gloves as they took on Shropshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire, winning 2 matches and halving another.

The week of matches included debuts for 17 year old Izzy Speck and 18 year old Katie Symonds who stepped in for players competing in the English Seniors Championship. After a series of impressive results, including maiden wins for the debutants, County captain Madeleine Winnett commented, “It’s fantastic to have the support of ZOOM for the Ladies’ county 1st team. With such a range of sizes in the team, it was great to be able to leave a glove in everyone’s room knowing that the One-Size technology would ensure that they would fit everybody perfectly! The quality and feel of the gloves was fantastic. It was a shame that Staffordshire didn’t win county week overall, but there were many impressive wins both individually and collectively for the team along the way. I am sure that it won’t be long before we notch up more wins in our new Staffs gloves.”

The gloves the team wore feature ZOOM’s unique FLEXX-FIT technology that uses an ingenious mix of lycra flex zones to fit the contours of a golfer’s hand and feel like a second skin whatever the player’s usual size. Combined with Instant Fit technology that means the glove fits perfectly from the very first shot and Shape Fit technology that maintains the perfect shape of the glove, staying wrinkle free round after round, ZOOM gloves were the perfect fit for the Staffordshire Ladies County team.
