Srixon Sports Europe appoint new Area Sales Representative

SRIXON have appointed Nathan Hirst as the new Area Sales Representative for the Midlands, Northwest England & North Wales.

Hailing from Walsall, Hirst has a strong background in golf, having studied golf coaching at the University of Central Lancashire (Myerscough College) and represented Staffordshire at county level.  He joins Srixon from a market-leading workwear company where he worked as a regional sales manager. He has also previously worked within the golf industry at The Belfry, where he was a key member of the Golf Operations team, as well as American Golf.

“We are thrilled to welcome Nathan to the Srixon team and look forward to the enthusiasm, passion and expertise he will bring to his new position, across some of our key territories in the UK,” commented Gareth Taylor, Head of UK & Ireland Sales for Srixon Sports Europe.

“He joins the company at an exciting time, as we continue to go from strength-to-strength, in spite of the challenging times we are currently experiencing due to the Covid pandemic. We have a number of key product launches coming up over the course of the next few months across the Srixon, Cleveland Golf and XXIO brands and I have no doubt that Nathan will be a key asset in helping us grow our presence in the areas he will be responsible for.”

Speaking about his new position, Hirst said, “It is a great honour to be joining a company of the calibre of Srixon and one that I have always been a big fan of. I’m excited to get my teeth into my new role and cannot wait to showcase all of the innovative new products the company are launching this year to existing and new customers.”

Nathan will be available for customer calls from the 18th January.
