SRC expand across the UK in 2018

Bristol-based Scott Readman Concepts are rolling out their products across the country this year as they look to expand their reach by taking on two new sales agents. Jimmy Gough will be looking after the Southwest while Ian Singleton will be looking after the North.

Founded on 2009 by putter aficionado Scott Readman, while he was still the head professional at Lansdown Golf Club in Bath, the putter and headcover manufacturer now has tour players across the globe. Andy Sullivan, Kiradech Aphibarnrat, Chris Wood, Ian Poulter, Eddie Pepperell and Ross Fisher are among the many using their covers.

Decades of experience in creative design and technology, coupled with a passion for perfection, has culminated in the SRC range of classic golf equipment. For the past 30 years Scott Readman has studied golf equipment design, the materials used and the manufacturing process, continually looking for ways to improve and evolve. From hours as a young pro, delicately refurbishing and repairing beautiful persimmon woods, to crafting and shaping his own putters and wedges for tournaments.

Today you will find the SRC brand everywhere from the bags of club golfers to tournament professionals around the globe, on all the tours, in all the Majors, The Ryder Cup and even The Olympics. Quirky covers made from Harris Tweed are some of his biggest sellers while we are particularly big fans of his Banksy range of covers inspired by Britain’s most famous street artist. The big addition to the range this year are their new wood covers, while there is also a range of goods specifically designed for sale in pro shops to launch later in the season.
