New appointments at Abacus in the UK

Abacus Sportswear are delighted to announce the appointments of Marc Anderman as UK Commercial Manager and is joined by Simon and Alex Wheatley as the distribution agents for the South of England.

Marc has worked for over 10 years with the Solheim Cup and more recently has been working as a consultant in the golf industry assisting brands, players and events. Marc has a long relationship with Abacus having appointed them as the official supplier to the European Solheim Cup Team back in 2007.

Simon well known in the industry has over 30 years of experience and will be working with his son Alex to grow the Abacus brand in this region.  ‘We are excited by taking on the Abacus range which is solely dedicated to golfers. It has an extensive mens, ladies and juniors range which prides itself on playability, functionality and excellent design,’ commented Simon.

In 2019 Abacus will be again dressing the European Solheim Cup team which will be in September  13th -15th at Gleneagles, Scotland and will be broadcast live on SKY but with highlights on BBC.

Marc, Simon and Alex join David Wilson who looks after Scotland and the North of England for Abacus.
