Luke has Foresight with new indoor golf centre

Luke Eggleston, a PGA Class AA Qualified Golf Professional of 24 years, has opened a state-of-the-art indoor golf facility in Woodford Green, Essex. It was officially opened by Mark Davis, the reigning Scottish Senior Open champion and fellow PGA in England (East) competitor.

The new indoor centre includes a chipping and putting area covering 850 square feet. The simulator area has a six by three metre screen with cutting edge technology supplied by Foresight with the GC2 and HMT systems. The simulator allows every aspect of a golfer’s swing and ball flight to be analysed with Eggleston knowledgeable experience. In winter conditions, it also gives golfers the chance to ‘play’ any of 15 world-renowned courses in a warm and dry environment.

Eggleston offers a full-support service by providing a top-class workstation to ensure exact fitting solutions when it comes to the set-up of an individual golfer’s clubs. Eggleston, 41, was previously the head PGA professional at nearby Loughton Golf Club after also working at Canons Brook, Orsett and Wanstead during his career. He has undertaken club-fitting courses with two major manufacturers, as well as earning a Golfsmith Europe diploma in advanced club fitting.

Eggleston commented, “I’m extremely excited to have this facility, which is easily accessible from the M11, M25 and the London Underground Central Line. Here, a golfer’s whole game can be scrutinised. The aim is that each customer will be offered the ultimate level of choice, accuracy and service.”

The Luke Eggleston Indoor Golf Centre is open from 9am to 8pm, except on Sundays. More at:
