Less active golfers use Club Cars at Mytime Active

Mytime Active, one of the largest pay and play golf operators in the UK with16 golf courses, has taken delivery of over 60 Club Car Precedent i2 golf carts, across eight of its golf courses. The Club Car Precedent i2 has a spacious bag well, a redesigned interior with more storage space for personal items, together with a monsoon top that channels water away from passengers.

Orpington Golf Centre now has 30 of the new Club Car golf carts available for golfers to hire across the two 18 hole courses and one 9 hole course. Other Mytime Active golf clubs to benefit from the new Club Car vehicles include Hollingbury Park Golf Course, Dibden Golf Centre, Bromley Golf Centre, Barnehurst Golf Course, Hatchford Brook Golf Centre, Pype Hayes Golf Course and Southampton City Golf Course.

Tom Kenny, group course manager for Mytime Active said, “We’ve now got 63 new Club Car buggies and they represent an excellent deal for the company on several levels: they are state of the art and handle very well; they are more energy efficient and save on costs and they mean we can now remove the remainder of petrol-driven vehicles in our fleet which means less pollution.”
