KBS has a winner on both sides of the pond

KBS reports that the winner of the Scottish Open used KBS C-Taper 125g S + shafts in all his irons. It was his second victory this season using the KBS shafts, following a win at The Player’s Championship, on the other side of the Atlantic in May.

The company says that the KBS C-Taper is inspired by tour player feedback. The shaft is claimed to produce a lower flight and spin rate while maintaining the benefits of a piercing trajectory and smooth feel. Incorporating signature KBS technology, the C-Taper shaft maximises energy transfer to improve distance and ball control.

Kim Braly (pictured), founder of KBS commented, “The KBS C-Taper is designed for penetrating shots and tight dispersion. With the C-Taper you can flight the ball for superior shot making into the wind.” More at: www.kbsgolfshafts.com
