Island Green join the BGIA

Manchester-based Island Green, one of the many brands owned by Panworld Brands are excited to have joined the BGIA ( British Golf Industry Association).

Golf Retailing caught up with Dean Stockwell during lockdown.

“Panworld Brands have over 32 years of experience, supplying retailers of all sizes with popular well known clothing,  such as Lee Cooper Workwear, Gold’s Gym, and own label apparel to the Premier League, Championship and SPL football clubs”, explained Dean Stockwell, UK & European sales manager, for Island Green.

“Island Green has seen amazing growth since it started just five years ago with its versatile golf range of mens, ladies, and juniors affordable clothing,  apparel that can be worn on or off the golf course.

“Not only are Island Green supplying retailers in the UK, we are also selling internationally from Finland to Australia.

“We believe golf should be affordable for everyone to play, and its great news a surge in people wanting to enjoy and play this beautiful game,  will be good for all the golf industry going forward.”

Martin Wild, chairman of the British Golf Industry Association had this to say about their newest member.

“I am delighted to welcome Pan World Brands as a new member of the BGIA, I have known Mike Basso and Micheal Bartal for some time and they have built up a very successful business, I know they will contribute a lot to the association.”
