Hoebridge goes pink for Breast Cancer Campaign

Hoebridge Golf Centre, part of BGL Golf, has helped raise more than £1,000 for Breast Cancer Campaign by participating in national Wear it Pink Day. With everyone donning pink clothing, the public pay-and-play centre also supported the fundraising with a themed bake sale with contributions from staff including banana bread, German biscuits and Jelly Belly Cupcakes baked by senior general manager, Mike O’Connell.

The retail team from Hoebridge golf shop also helped with a charity raffle offering prizes including lessons, fourball vouchers, food hampers and more.

Mike O’Connell said, “We stage numerous charity golf days throughout the year and support a variety of causes off-course as well, and Wear it Pink is always popular with both guests and staff.”
