Hatton and Kim lead the way for FJ

FootJoy enjoyed a successful week on Tour, with two impressive winners. At the BMW PGA Championship, held at Wentworth’s iconic West Course, Tyrrell Hatton led from the front to claim victory at the European Tour’s flagship event wearing the FJ Pure Touch glove. Hatton first tested the Pure Touch glove following his breakthrough win at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2016 and has continued to enjoy its superior feel and performance ever since. His displays in the glove continue to impress, with this win building on his success earlier this year with his breakthrough debut US PGA Tour win at the Arnold Palmer Invitation at Bay Hill.

After claiming the prestigious title, Hatton said, “It was definitely a goal in my career to win here. I’m very thankful that I managed to get the job done. And it was another career goal for me to break inside the top 10 in the world rankings. So to win here and achieve that in the same week is very special.”

Following this success, Sei Young Kim won her first Major at the Women’s PGA Championship, Aronimink Golf Club. Kim produced a remarkable display of golf, finishing in style with a 7-under 63 to conclude a dominant win. Wearing FJ Pro|SL’s and a StaSof Glove, Kim’s win dispels her unwelcomed label of the golfer with the most wins on Tour without a Major, and rounds up another successful weekend for FJ on Tour.
