Greg Dyke kicks-off new spa facility

Greg Dyke, chairman of the Football Association has officially opened a new £850,000 spa facility at Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. The facilities include a new indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and fully equipped gym. The spa also includes three treatment rooms, a dual treatment room for couples, manicure and pedicure areas and a relaxation room where an extensive range of relaxing treatments are available, including the rare opportunity to enjoy a Rasul mud experience.

NatWest, worked with the resort to help them secure funds under the Government’s ‘Funding For Lending Scheme’ towards the creation of the spa and fitness suite. Situated in 225 acres of south Devon countryside, just outside of Dartmouth, the resort has 27 holes of golf, luxury self-catering cottages and a 35 bedroom hotel. Two-day spa breaks including bed and breakfast, a two-course evening meal and a choice of beauty treatments are available from £75 per person.
