Golfstream and Greenhill trolleys support charity event

A fleet of over 60 Golfstream and Greenhill trolleys were used by golfers in a high-profile golf tournament supporting the Sue Ryder charity at Fulford golf club, near York. The event was attended by food and drink manufacturers and celebrity sporting guests including former Scotland football captain, Gary McAllister, Michael Gray, Matt Jansen, Paul Jewell, Graham Stuart, Peter Beagrie and Kevin Gallacher.

The new Golfstream Duo trolley was put to good use alongside the Greenhill GTS as the team from leading confectioners Ferrero beat off all-comers to lift the Morrisons Masters trophy. Former Stoke City star, Peter Beagrie, said, “I was very impressed by the Greenhill trolley and will be certainly using one in the future.”

Golfstream and Greenhill trolleys are made in Britain and supported by Golfstream’s own customer service centre, which is fully stocked with all spares ever required for any of its trolleys. Golfstream is also a fully-accredited member of the Made In Britain campaign.

Derek Richford, managing director of Golfstream commented, “We were absolutely delighted to help support this superb event by giving golfers access to the most reliable powered golf trolleys in the UK. In the demanding, wet conditions, many golfers commented how pleased they were with the trolleys. Sue Ryder is a fantastic charity and Golfstream and Greenhill are really pleased to have contributed to the success of the day as it’s a key event in the fundraising calendar.”
