G/Fore unveils 2015 collection

American designer brand G/Fore is launching its 2015 range in the UK. G/Fore gloves, which come in a range of 26 colourways and which retail at £25, are each hand-stitched using the highest-quality cabretta leather. In addition, G/Fore also makes the Gallivanter golf shoe, and its 2015 collection, which introduces a fresh line of women’s golf shoes, also features some brand-new technology, too.

A new sole, designed to offer more grip in rain-soaked conditions, has been added to complement the water-resistant design of G/Fore’s shoes. The golf shoes combine an athletic fit with premium water-resistant materials, including leather, suede, flannel, wool and performance microfibres. For 2015 the company has introduced five new styles to the men’s range: the nubuck leather Espresso; the microfibre Delta Force Olive; nubuck and patent leather Onyx Cap Toe; plus the full-grain and nubuck leather Snow Phantom and Medial Profile.

The new women’s Gallivanter range features six styles including the oil-slick patent leather Patriot Cap Toe, for those who wish to really shine on the tee. The remaining five styles are produced in a variety of leathers: the nubuck leather Nimbus Cap Toe; the pebble full-grain leather Snow; the performance microfibre and patent leather Snow Cap Toe; and the performance microfibre and rose gold mirror leather Onyx Phantom. The shoes start from £139 RRP.

G/Fore founder and avid golfer, Mossimo Giannulli, who launched the billion-dollar clothing company Mossimo Inc, explained: “G/Fore stands for quality, colour and expressiveness. Our gloves, shoes and socks weren’t designed in a cubicle and tested in a factory; they were born out of a desire to express myself while playing, and to help inject a little more personality and flair into the game. That’s why we started G/Fore and it’s why more and more golfers are turning to G/Fore – they want to enjoy their golf, and they want to look exceptional when they play.” More at www.gfore.com Trade enquiries: 020 8993 8799.
