Foremost declares workshops a success

Foremost has reported that its Spring Workshops were a success with a total of over 250 members attending at golf clubs all over the United Kingdom. The theme of this year’s workshops was ‘Success is in Your Hands’ which involved attendees listening to a series of presentations designed to improve all aspects of their business lives.

There was also instruction on how to create a successful work-life balance and illustrations of how Foremost’s increasingly popular EMP programme has helped members improve their turnover and profit margins. Peter Durham, Foremost’s head of membership services, hosted the workshops together with his team of regional business development consultants, David Murch, Matt Lacey, Steve Bird, Charlie Hartley and Kevin Stables.

Commenting Durham said, “We are delighted to report that so many members attended this year’s workshops and judging by the feedback that we have received so far, they have been a huge success. It‘s quite clear that our members realise they need to learn new skills in order to thrive in the current economic climate and the workshops give them the perfect opportunity to share ‘best practice’ and develop with the help of our experts.

“We take the education of our members very seriously which is why we organise these Spring Workshops and our local Regional Workshops later on in the year. It’s all part of the help and support that Foremost provides. Each attendee goes away with a USB stick packed full of ideas to stimulate their businesses and that alone makes attending a workshop worthwhile.” More at: www.foremostgolf.com
