ECCO GOLF AMBASSADOR LYDIA KO WINS 23RD LPGA TITLE

ECCO GOLF ambassador, Lydia Ko, delivered a spellbinding performance this week at Sentosa Golf Club, Singapore, as she claimed her 23rd victory on the LPGA Tour at the HSBC Women’s World Championship.

Ko, wearing ECCO GOLF STREET 720, stayed cool in the equatorial Singaporean heat, shooting a final round three-under-par 69 to triumph by four shots.

Ko’s 23rd LPGA Tour victory is her first of the 2025 season, and her first win at the beautiful Sentosa Golf Club at her 11th attempt.

“It’s exciting to finally add Asia’s major to my major collection,” Ko said. “I dreamt last night that I won but then I woke up, and I was like, dang, it’s not real yet – but I just wanted to focus on my game.”

“I started off really steady, and you know, didn’t really put myself in trouble that much. I think that was going to be the key for today.”

Timo Vollrath, Head of Global Marketing at ECCO GOLF, commented on Ko’s latest triumph: “Lydia Ko is a proven winner – she knows how to close out tournaments, and this latest victory is yet another reminder of her world-class ability.

“It’s a privilege to work with Lydia, and to have the chance to watch her succeed in person at Sentosa this week is truly special. 2025 is going to be a big year!” he added.

In addition to Lydia Ko, ECCO GOLF shoes are worn in competition around the world by Thorbjørn Olesen, Alison Lee, Erik van Rooyen, Henrik Stenson, Freddy Schott, Thomas Bjørn, Janet Lin, Rick Shiels and Erik Anders Lang among others.
