Do you want more golfers to ‘Arrange A Round’ at your club?

Arrange A Round is a simple web-based app that helps golf clubs connect golfers who want to play more golf at their club. An effective tool for improving member retention and a simple solution to bringing more visitors through the door, Arrange A Round runs itself, helps golf clubs maximise their income, and for a six month trial, is absolutely free.

Whether easily integrating new members into a club, giving existing members more opportunities to widen their social group or providing opportunities for guests to join or arrange a round at their venue, golf clubs using the Arrange A Round app see immediate benefits. Several clubs who trialled the system after Lockdown 1 in 2020 reported very positive feedback from their membership. And having experienced a 4 month shut down from January 2021, Arrange A Round could become a key tool for many clubs in ensuring that their new members get the best from the remaining months before renewal.

“The idea came from my experience of joining a club on my own and finding it difficult to play as much golf as I wanted,” explains Michael, creator of Arrange A Round. “With restrictions in place it has become harder to enjoy the social aspects of club life, and just picking up games for new members can be difficult. It used to often fall to the Pro to match golfers with games, but the time pressures they’re under makes it really hard. So I took that experience and designed a system that helps golfers get what they need from a club and helps clubs make a deeper attachment with their members.

Arrange A Round runs itself from a web based application. Once golf clubs sign up, Arrange A Round provides information that they can communicate to the membership to drive registrations and ensure that any members of the club can create a round for others to join, or join a round that has been posted. With regular collateral being provided to keep members engaged with the system, Arrange A Round takes virtually all of the admin away from the club, helping to drive income without extra work.

“We had to make sure that this was a simple system for clubs to operate, so we provide clubs with all the collateral they need to make the system work,” concludes Michael. “They just need to send our information to their members, and we do the rest. Pretty soon you see members posting rounds and joining others. Clubs can even open up the system to visitors to Arrange Rounds. Whatever they choose, clubs are in control, but we do the work.”

Clubs can sign up to Arrange A Round for a free six month no obligation trial, with annual subscription just £200 thereafter. Any clubs wishing to discuss trialling Arrange A Round and helping bring more golf for more people at their venue should contact info@arrangearound.com
