De Vere in partnership agreement with Golf Tourism England

De Vere Hotels & Resorts has formed a partnership with the newly established Golf Tourism England, to continue to promote its championship standard courses and resorts across the country and overseas. Claimed to be the first-of-its-kind, the partnership underlines De Vere’s commitment to making its golf facilities available to more golfers across England.

With a diverse portfolio of resorts throughout the country, De Vere can promote England as a fantastic destination for golf tourism. From Mottram Hall in Cheshire to Dunston Hall in Norwich, the De Vere Hotels & Resorts portfolio is not only accessible to many English golfers, but also offers a diverse range of playing conditions through a variety of layouts and golfing terrain.

Golf Tourism England was established earlier in the year to promote the outstanding golf courses that the country has to offer, with the aim of becoming the recognised body that represents all of golf tourism interests within England, on the global stage. In forming the relationship, De Vere has outlined its intention to remain at the forefront of promotion for the finest golf that England has to offer.

Keith Pickard, Group Director of Golf at De Vere commented, “De Vere has always focussed upon growing the game throughout the country and looked to make the leading golf courses available to as many golfers as possible. It is great to form a partnership with a body that shares our objectives, and is fast becoming a leader in the field. We are very proud of our resorts and the first class hospitality that they provide for visitors and guests from across the world. We want to be at the forefront of promoting golf within England on a global stage, and hope that this will help build the profile of our offerings, as well as allowing us to continually learn from more of the world’s finest resorts.”  More at:
