CALLAWAY CREATES IMPORTANT PARTNERSHIP WITH MOUNT JULIET ESTATE

Callaway has announced a new partnership with Mount Juliet Estate. As a High Performance Partner, Mount Juliet Estate will benefit from the full portfolio that the Callaway Group of companies has to offer – Callaway, Odyssey, Toptracer, TravisMathew, and OGIO, to significantly enhance the retail, member, and visitor experience.

Among a host of initiatives, The Academy at Mount Juliet has a new, dedicated Callaway fitting studio, and an Odyssey fitting suite, which will be exclusively available for members and guests to hit during warm up and practice sessions on the range.  Callaway and Odyssey rental clubs will also be an extended offering for the visiting golfer at Mount Juliet Estate.

Industry-leading Toptracer technology has also been installed at Mount Juliet Estate’s impressive practice facilities. The technology provides instant feedback and data-driven insights for members and visitors allowing them to gain more from each practice session. The technology can be accessed through 21” screens in three hitting bays in The Academy, as well as anywhere on the grass tee range where data and games are delivered straight to players’ mobile devices via the Toptracer Range App.

TravisMathew, the Californian inspired men’s clothing and accessories range, is a new addition to the apparel section, having a dedicated retail area in the Pro Shop, alongside performance luggage brand OGIO with its selection of golf and travel bags.

Commenting on the new partnership, Neil Howie, President and Managing Director, Callaway EMEA, said: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Mount Juliet Estate as one of our High Performance Partners. The Estate excels in customer service and experience, so we look forward to working closely with the golf team in Kilkenny to deliver similar levels of experiences to members and visiting golfers alike.”

Mark Dunne, General Manager at Mount Juliet Estate, said: “Our members and guests will now have access to the very best technology and equipment in a dedicated Callaway Club Fitting Studio, an Odyssey Putting Suite and Toptracer technology at the Academy, backed up by an experienced PGA team all of which will undoubtedly elevate our guests’ enjoyment of the game.”

Matt Sandercock, Director of Golf at Mount Juliet Estate Golf Club, added: “I’m proud to have worked closely with Callaway for over 10 years and I’m genuinely excited to expand on that relationship as a newly appointed High Performance Partner, welcoming them into Mount Juliet Estate’s Golf offering.

“It is also a privilege to introduce revolutionary Toptracer Range technology to the Irish golf market. Offering premium customer experiences such as this is perfectly aligned with Mount Juliet Estates’ ethos as one of Europe’s leading golf and leisure destinations.”

Ben Sharpe, President of Toptracer, added: “We’re excited to be working with Mount Juliet on enhancing their golf facilities with the addition of our world-leading Toptracer technology. It’s a fantastic opportunity for the club to further improve its practice experience, and to offer additional value to its esteemed members. We’re delighted to be adding an elite establishment in Mount Juliet to our ever-growing roster.”

In a recent visit to Mount Juliet Estate, Callaway Staff Ambassador and Rolex Series winner Min Woo Lee was particularly impressed by the practicality of Toptracer technology, saying: “This is where Toptracer is awesome, it makes you play like you’re actually on the course. If it’s raining and windy outside, it’s the perfect training tool.”

As an Official Partner of the DP World Tour, Callaway continues to be the official driver, golf ball, shoe and golf bag brand. In addition, Odyssey, the #1 Putter Brand in Golf, and OGIO are the official putter and luggage brands respectively; and TravisMathew and Callaway Apparel are the official on-course apparel of DP World Tour staff.
