BIG MAX grow market share across Europe

Golf bag and push trolley specialist BIG MAX reports that it has extended its significant lead in both golf bag and push trolley market share following the publication of 2019 sales figures.

Data collected from Golf Datatech shows that in the DACH (German speaking) market, the traditional marker for results across continental Europe, BIG MAX built on its 20 year position as #1 push trolley brand by extending its market share to 42.1% – 28% higher than the second placed brand. Not to be outdone, figures returned for the Swedish market were even more impressive, with 58.3% of all push carts sold being BIG MAX.

In BIG MAX’s newer category – golf bags – the news was just as impressive. In DACH countries BIG MAX held 28.7% market share, while in the Swedish market the brand took top spot in golf bag market share for the first time with 16.8%.

With 2019 being BIG MAX’s 25th anniversary year, the news of such impressive results was even more special. Thomas Reiter owner of BIG MAX said, “This has been an incredible year for BIG MAX, and to have had such success on our 25th anniversary is very special. The whole team has worked incredibly hard this year, and for the last 25 years, to make BIG MAX products and BIG MAX service the very best it can be. To see golfers all over Europe benefitting from that effort is very satisfying.”

With additions to the award winning BIG MAX push cart and golf bag lines ready to launch to the European market, plus very exciting new additions to the BIG MAX electric cart line later this summer, BIG MAX is set up to continue its dominance of the European market in 2021.
