Autumn/Winter 2020 apparel collection from Mizuno hits stores

Mizuno has announced an impressive range of apparel for Autumn/Winter 2020 due at retail in September that will offer golfers practical and stylish solutions to counter challenging conditions. A range of performance fabrics and technologies are showcased within the collection – Mizuno’s revolutionary, heat-generating “Thermo” yarn captures vapour as it leaves the body to retain heat whilst maximizing breathability; “Move Tech” is a four-way stretch fabric allowing golfers superb freedom of movement and “Techfill” maintains volume and keeps the golfer warm in the harshest conditions.

Three models of polo shirt feature in the Mizuno AW20 collection each available in grey, black and deep navy. The Breath Thermo Short Sleeve Polo is classically styled and features the groundbreaking Thermo technology to retain heat. It is complemented by the Breath Thermo Long Sleeve Polo which is an ideal garment for layering or for wearing on its own on warmer autumn days.

The Breath Thermo Pattern Polo offers the same technologies with a discreet linear pattern and the stylish detail of the famous Mizuno Runbird motif on the collar.

The Breath Thermo BioGear Base Layer, available in white, charcoal grey and black, is an essential winter garment. Not only does the Thermo technology help maintain a consistent body temperature but the stretch fabric also helps to reduce muscle fatigue through fit and pressure.

Moving to outerwear, the Windproof Lined Sweater, available in grey, black and deep navy, is a quarter-zip garment with a lightweight windproof lining. It’s comfortable and versatile and will prove functional in varying dry conditions.

The Mizuno Move Warmer Gilet and Move Warmer Jacket feature Mizuno’s Move Tech technology – strategic stretch points allow maximum freedom of movement through the swing. The Gilet showcases a new collarless design and can be worn as an outer or inner layer, while the Move Warmer Jacket delivers full upper-body protection and will look as good off the course as on it.

The Mizuno Move Warmer Hybrid Jacket also features four-way stretch Move Tech technology but it’s extremely lightweight making it a highly versatile garment. The Move Warmer Gilet, Jacket and Hybrid Jacket are all available in vapor silver, black, deep navy and bronze green.

In the coldest conditions, the Mizuno Techfill Jacket excels. It features both Techfill and Thermo technologies to protect the golfer no matter what the elements throw at them. The Techfill Jacket comes in vapor silver, black and deep navy.

The updated Nexlite 2.0 jacket and trousers feature one of the lightest waterproof fabrics on the market. With a two-year waterproof guarantee, these garments give the golfer total protection in wet weather. The jacket comes in black, reflex blue and red; the trousers in black

Move Tech Lite Trousers, available in grey, black and deep navy, are lightweight and feature Mizuno’s four-way stretch Move Tech material which is anatomically positioned for ease of movement when golfing.

Also in the AW collection are the Breath Thermo Bobble Hats and Beanies. These feature Mizuno’s Thermal Plus technology to maintain an optimal temperature and control loss of body heat.

To complete the look, a Mesh Belt with classic buckle and Runbird motif will be included in the collection.

Mizuno’s AW20 apparel collection will offer golfers a superb blend of style and functionality in challenging conditions, inspiring confidence and heightening performance. For further information on Mizuno’s full range of golf equipment, apparel and accessories visit: golf.mizunoeurope.com.
