ARE YOU DRIVING THE GREEN?

As part of World Ocean Day, OCEANTEE is launching a new podcast series aimed at educating and inspiring people within golf on how to make sustainable changes. Driving the Green, which is available on all main podcast services, is hosted by long term brand ambassador Inci Mehmet.

The first episode dives into the background of OCEANTEE, with Inci in conversation with Founder, Ed Sandison, including how and why the OCEANTEE brand was set up and what it can offer other organisations within golf.  Other notable guests in the series include Jonathan Smith, Executive Director and Founder of The Geo Foundation, Ella Daish Campaign Manager at the Marine Conservation Society and Marketing Director at OCEANTEE, James Dawkins.  The conversations cover a myriad of topics from plastic pollution to blue carbon with a light informal tone that aims to make sustainability as simple and accessible as possible.

“We’re hoping that the podcasts will be a really easy and interesting way for people to begin to get to grips with sustainability,” comments OCEANTEE Founder Ed Sandison.  “Sometimes the topic can appear to be a little dry, but these conversations were a lot of fun.”
