Skechers and Foremost announce new partnership

Foremost and Skechers GO GOLF have announced a new partnership that sees Skechers become an Approved Supplier and an Elite Marketing Programme (EMP) supplier partner. The partnership will commence for Foremost member deliveries from 1st January 2018.

The brand will use Foremost’s unique ‘Central Payment System’ which not only saves time and money for member professionals, but also guarantees payment to the supplier.

Speaking on behalf of Foremost, Managing Director Andy Martin said, “We’re delighted with the new Approved Supplier and EMP partnership with Skechers. It’s an exciting new brand in golf with good ASP and margin return for our members. The commitment to EMP support will heighten consumer awareness and assist retailer sell-through of the product range.”

From the 1st January 2018, all Foremost members will be able to take advantage of the innovative ‘Central Payment System’, while Skechers GO GOLF has pre-book opportunities available for its latest 2018 collections. The agreement also sees Skechers become an EMP Partner Supplier in the footwear category.

Foremost EMP and EMP Lite members that select and purchase from the brand will receive full marketing support, ranging from digital newsletter and web, right through to in-store signage and digital EMP monitors.

Brett Worth, Head of Skechers Performance UK & Ireland, said: “We are delighted to have this partnership with Foremost Golf, who will now stock Skechers Go GOLF. Foremost is Europe’s largest golf retail and marketing group and is a perfect retail partner with outlets all across the British Isles. It shows just how much and how quickly the Skechers product is growing and, with the help of the likes of the Foremost Group, that is set to continue in 2018.”
