PowerBug release new premium waterproof cart bag

PowerBug has released a new premium waterproof cart bag to ensure ultimate weather protection for all golf equipment while out on the course.

The technology packed into its UltraV and ProTour Series electric trolleys has already addressed the important issues of reliability, performance and weight, with PowerBug’s industry-leading five-year warranty also bringing peace of mind. Now the company, whose brains were behind the first golf trolley to feature a built-in UV sensor, have put their minds to that eternal golfer’s question of “how can I keep all my gear 100% dry when the heavens really open?”

The answer is the new PowerBug Waterproof Cart Bag, whose robust, yet lightweight, construction means that all the good work of even the finest of waterproofs and the largest of golf umbrellas won’t be compromised by your bag the moment the rain goes beyond merely a shower.

Everything about this cart bag is designed to keep the water out and your gear dry, right down to the all-important club grips. It features seven waterproof pockets and a fully waterproof rainhood, all relying on heavy-duty waterproof zippers to ensure that no water seeps through. Perhaps most important, though, is the 2000mm waterproof fabric from which the bag is crafted to keep the rain out in even the heaviest of downfalls.

The bag is still packed with all the features and touches golfers have come to expect from PowerBug, from full-length dividers, a 14-way top and a velour-lined valuables pocket to an insulated drinks pocket, a glove holder and universal trolley lock-in system base to fit all trolleys and stop the bag twisting while on a trolley.

The PowerBug Waterproof Cart Bag is available now at retail, in both black and black/white colour options, for £179.
