Mizuno opens latest state-of-the-art performance centre

Mizuno is continuing to invest heavily in its state-of-the-art Performance Centres right across the UK and Ireland, with Peter Field Golf, a highly regarded specialist golf retailer based in Easton, Norwich, unveiling the latest addition at Bawburgh Golf Club.

In the drive to make the very highest levels of custom-fitting expertise readily available to as many golfers as possible, Mizuno has continued to invest in the development and expansion of its Mizuno Performance Centre programme. Last year saw Scotland and Wales gain their first Mizuno Performance Centres when the brand unveiled high-tech new facilities at Gleneagles and Celtic Manor, joining an already strong cast spread throughout England, Ireland and Northern Ireland.

This week, the brand was delighted to be able to unveil the 15th Mizuno Performance Centre, with the latest addition to the growing portfolio opening at Bawburgh Golf Club courtesy of Peter Field Golf, a successful independent golf retail specialist.

All 15 Mizuno Performance Centres rely on the brand’s industry-leading Premium Swing DNA technology, which has been offering a truly five-star fitting service from qualified Mizuno Custom Fitting Specialists since 2009. This system measures all swing data through the shaft in the quest to find every golfer’s unique optimum iron specification. Fitters can diagnose the best three iron shaft matches in just ten minutes from a cast of over 40, before customers then spend further time testing those three options to pinpoint their ideal set make-up.

All Performance Centres feature premium indoor/outdoor fitting suites and launch monitor technology, plus at least two PGA Pro Qualified Fitters with Mizuno Fitting Accreditation. Should customers then go ahead and order, the finished product will be ready for dispatch within five to seven days.
